Role Description This position performs a wide variety of administrative tasks in support of a Centerstone CEO and the Board of Directors. β’ Facilitates and ensures positive communication with internal and external customers, as well as board members. β’ Schedules meetings, prepares agendas and presentations; maintains meeting minutes and board meeting records. β’ Assists in planning annual board retreat. β’ Supports special projects, acts as executive liaison to resolve issues and support company initiatives. Qualifications β’ Bachelor's degree in related field required. Degree requirement may be substituted with 4 additional years of related experience. β’ Four years of experience supporting an executive level position required. β’ Project management and board liaison experience preferred. Requirements β’ Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods. β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. β’ Skill in time management. β’ Skill in problem-solving. β’ Knowledge of applicable regulatory guidelines and codes, agency policies and procedures, and federal and state laws. β’ arenaflex Word and various work processing/PowerPoint experience.
