Role Description

Join IQVIA’s Sponsor-Dedicated FSP team and help advance healthcare through real-world evidence. In this role, you’ll work closely with one sponsor, gaining deep knowledge of their therapies while leveraging IQVIA’s global expertise.
• Lead execution of studies to generate actionable RWE within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Design and drive development of study protocols, statistical analysis plans, and study reports addressing priority methodological questions.
• Conduct feasibility and assessment of fit-for-purpose real-world data (RWD) sources (claims, EHR, registries) to enable timely execution of RWE initiatives.
• Construct cohorts, validate key variables, and guide implementation of descriptive and comparative analyses using RWD for complex research questions.
• Build strong partnerships with internal teams, external vendors, and sponsor stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of strategic objectives.

Qualifications
• Accomplished epidemiology leader with experience in real-world evidence strategies.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $110,500.00 - $276,100.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
