Role Description
This role involves creating an Enrollment Delivery Manager position to scale the operational engine that converts AI-matched patients into enrolled trial participants.
ā¢ Own the enrollment funnel end to end: qualification, site referral, screening, consent, and randomization.
ā¢ Work across internal teams (clinical operations, technology, customer success) and external stakeholders (sites, sponsors, CROs, site networks).
ā¢ Drive throughput, remove friction, and ensure growth aligns with delivery capabilities.
ā¢ Build and manage a team of Project Managers to expand delivery capacity as volume scales.
Qualifications
ā¢ 5ā8 years leading operational delivery in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
ā¢ Experience owning a conversion funnel or delivery pipeline end to end.
ā¢ Track record of scaling an operational function in a fast-growing organization.
ā¢ Experience coordinating across multiple external partners and internal teams.
ā¢ Strong analytical skills; proficiency in building dashboards and working in Excel.
ā¢ Structured project management discipline with the ability to run multiple parallel workstreams.
ā¢ High energy and comfort with ambiguity.
Requirements
ā¢ Experience in healthcare, life sciences, clinical trials, or pharma services.
ā¢ Oncology-specific knowledge (biomarker testing, treatment sequencing, clinical trial design).
ā¢ PMP or equivalent project management certification.
ā¢ Background in operational value creation, management consulting, industrial engineering, or private equity portfolio operations.
ā¢ Experience with AI-powered platforms or health technology.
ā¢ Familiarity with patient recruitment vendors, site networks, or CRO enrollment operations.
