Job Posting Title: Direct Channel Strategy and Activation Req ID: 10112861 Job Description: The Direct Channel Strategy and Activation (DCS&A) team is focused on delivering powerful customer experiences across engagement touch points, by applying data and tools to bring marketing to life. The DCS&A team leads consumer data selection for 1:1 marketing campaigns and manages deployment of direct channel tactics. We accomplish these capabilities with partnerships internally within Disney as well with vendors and software/data suppliers. You will report to the DCS&A Associate Manager. You will work in-office Monday – Thursday and be remote on Fridays. You Will: Design, build, and sustain end-to-end marketing campaign flows from data selection to HTML development, data validation, proofing and campaign deployment using agile methodology in automation tools such as Adobe Campaign and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Perform SQL queries and analyze large datasets in Snowflake database to identify, segment, qualify, and test customer audiences as well as troubleshoot data issues Translate technical details and data insights into compelling stories and campaign visions for non-technical marketing partners, fostering alignment through clear communication Perform technical analysis, level-of-effort estimation, and contribute to the development of direct channel communications Focus on continuous innovation by creating user efficiencies, solving business/customer issues, inventing creative solutions, encouraging communication, and ensuring data accuracy Monitor the health and deployment cadence of automated marketing campaigns through various reporting tools.
