Role Description

The Delivery Assurance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of parts and managing supply chain communications.
• Run SAP reports daily to identify plant requirements and current part shortages with commitments to ensure on-time delivery
• Communicate with buyers and suppliers regarding keeping current commitments and holding suppliers accountable for those commitments
• Clear internal obstacles to ensure parts are moving through approval processes, such as quality inspections, first article reviews, and engineering changes
• Attend weekly working level supply chain, site, and business unit meetings; provide part status inputs along with Line of Balance
• Communicate daily with operations and supply chain personnel to highlight future critical part risks
• Support on-time delivery needs including part number status
• Support a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications
• Minimum AS degree with 3+ years of supply chain experience
• In lieu of degree, 5+ years of supply chain experience is acceptable
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools is required
• Strong oral and written communication skills, teamwork, self-motivation, and organizational skills
• SAP and Tableau preferred
• Candidates must be US Citizens

Requirements

Pay Range: $25/hr.-$30/hr.

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements

You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours if required.
