Remote Customer Support CSR (Customer Service Representative) needed to handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service. Join our growing remote team with flexible scheduling options.

Qualifications

ā¢ 1+ years customer service experience
ā¢ Excellent phone and communication skills
ā¢ Strong problem-solving abilities
ā¢ Computer proficiency and multitasking skills
ā¢ Reliable internet and quiet workspace
ā¢ Professional attitude and patience
Requirements
ā¢ Computer with updated operating system
ā¢ High-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps)
ā¢ USB headset for clear call quality
ā¢ Dedicated home office space
ā¢ Basic troubleshooting skills
