Hiring: Customer Service Representative – Remote/Entry Level/No Degree Required

This position is responsible for assisting patients with questions regarding medical statements and processing payments through incoming and outgoing calls while maintaining a professional level of customer service. This is not a hard collections agency and no sales quotas to meet.Multiple Shifts Available: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 11:00AM to 8:00PM, 1:00PM-10:00PM Central Time and 8:30AM-5:00PM Pacific Time Full time Differential for evening shift. No Overnight or Weekends.
