• Be the first point of contact for patients through phone, email, and chat—answering questions and providing guidance with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage scheduling and appointment logistics, making sure our mobile dental teams are efficiently routed and patients feel cared for.
• Handle billing inquiries and assist patients with payment options, making the process simple and stress-free.
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate seamlessly with clinical and operations teams.
• Help educate patients about the benefits of mobile dental care and inspire confidence in our services.
• Contribute ideas to enhance customer care processes and elevate patient satisfaction.

Qualifications
• A high school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• At least 2 years of customer service or call center experience, preferably within healthcare.
• Exceptional communication skills with an empathetic and engaging approach.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with CRM software and office tools.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Passion for helping others and delivering excellent patient experiences.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
• Availability to work 8am-5pm PST.
