Role Description

We are seeking a CRO Account Manager to own client relationships and lead delivery across CRO and web projects for ambitious eCommerce and Shopify brands. This is not a passive coordination role. You will drive outcomes, set direction, create clarity, remove blockers, and keep delivery moving at pace.

Key Responsibilities
• Client Leadership
• Be the primary point of contact for key accounts.
• Lead calls confidently, with structure and clear outcomes.
• Translate business goals into CRO strategy, roadmaps, and execution plans.
• Proactively manage expectations, risks, and priorities.
• Build long-term trust through reliability, honesty, and strong communication.
• Delivery & Project Execution
• Run delivery in Click Up: scoping, prioritisation, timelines, and accountability.
• Write clear briefs that designers and developers can execute without confusion.
• QA design and development output to ensure accuracy, polish, and alignment with CRO goals.
• Keep work organised, time-bound, and commercially aligned—no drifting scope.
• CRO Strategy, Audits & Road mapping
• Conduct mini and full CRO audits (qualitative and quantitative) and turn insights into clear priorities.
• Build CRO roadmaps outlining what we’re doing, why, and how success is measured.
• Plan experiments and site improvements that drive CVR, AOV, LTV, and funnel performance.
• Spot and communicate upsell opportunities that genuinely align with client growth.
• Pod Leadership (Design + Dev)
• Lead pods of designers and developers.
• Set expectations, push for standards, and drive accountability.
• Keep teams aligned, motivated, and moving quickly.
• Improve systems and SOPs as we scale.

Qualifications
• 3+ years' experience in eCommerce, websites, or Shopify.
• 2+ years' experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• 2+ years' experience as an account manager (agency or similar).
• Experience leading delivery with designers and developers.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce metrics: CVR, AOV, LTV, funnel performance, and experimentation logic.
• Comfortable owning client relationships.
• Strong briefing and QA skills.
