Role Description
As a Content Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of digital content across online platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
ā¢ Executing and optimizing daily and advanced content curation tasks across written publications and audio content.
ā¢ Writing and reporting relevant bugs and errors using best practices through internal database system.
ā¢ Managing escalations related to metadata, content integrity, and platform quality.
ā¢ Prioritizing tasks and issues quickly and efficiently.
ā¢ Balancing workloads across a distributed team to ensure throughput and coverage.
ā¢ Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflow guides, and training materials.
ā¢ Identifying gaps in processes and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and reduce error rates.
ā¢ Adhering to project-specific quality standards as per client guidelines.
ā¢ Completing assigned tasks in a quality and timely manner.
Qualifications
ā¢ Ability to work from home in a secure environment.
ā¢ Native-level or fully bilingual fluency (both spoken and written language) in required language(s).
ā¢ Native language skills and cultural awareness of native country.
ā¢ Highly organized with attention to detail and commitment to quality.
ā¢ Experience with MS applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
ā¢ Ability to navigate networks and websites with different browsers.
ā¢ Position may be exposed to content that could be construed as offensive.
