Role Description
This is a remote contractor role paying $20/hour, with initial expectations of availability of 10-20 hours/week, possibly growing to 30 hours over time. We’ll train you on the nuances of responding to apartment community reviews and how to handle different types of feedback—from positive praise to difficult complaints. The ideal candidate is a strong writer who can maintain a professional, empathetic tone and is consistently available to meet our 24-hour turnaround deadlines. This role works well as a flexible side gig that can be done remotely from anywhere, as long as deadlines are reliably met.

• Willingness to learn the multifamily review space (training provided)
