Role Description
This role involves supporting various departments within CIEE through temporary assignments. Responsibilities will vary by role and department, but may include:
• Provide sales, outreach, enrollment, and customer service support by responding to inquiries and guiding students and parents through program options via email, phone, and virtual platforms
• Support study abroad and international exchange programs through admissions, advising, and program operations
• Communicate clearly and professionally through written correspondence, presentations, and documentation
• Maintain CRM and program data, including data entry, record management, reporting, and system updates
• Collaborate with domestic and international colleagues to support program goals and organizational priorities
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Some college required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience or interest in sales, customer service, program coordination, or project support
• International education or study abroad experience is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working with students, parents, and underrepresented populations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute to project-based work
• Adaptability, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment and within tight deadlines
• Ability to take initiative and be flexible
• Energetic, personable, goal-oriented, and team-oriented
• Computer skills, including MS Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Salesforce is a plus.
Requirements
• Temporary assignments may be full-time or part-time and vary in length.
• Roles may be remote, hybrid, or on-site, depending on business needs, and some travel may be required.
• Some positions may require specific language skills or technical expertise.

• Compensation will range from $20-30 per hour.
• Due to federal regulations, a background check will be conducted as a condition of employment.
