Role Summary
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a vital role in supporting students with behavioral, developmental, and learning needs. You’ll design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans, collaborate with school teams and families, and implement evidence-based strategies to promote student growth and success in the classroom.
Responsibilities
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
• Develop and manage individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Train and support school staff and paraprofessionals
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting plans as needed
• Collaborate with IEP teams, families, and multidisciplinary professionals
Requirements
• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
Employment Options
Local Contract
• Full-time, on-site in Chattanooga, TN
• Hourly pay: $50–$55+/hour, based on experience
