Role Description
EB Pediatric Resources is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work with clients in Chicago. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants a flexible schedule and who values collaboration, flexibility, and quality clinical care. ⢠Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
⢠Conduct functional behavior assessments and adjust treatment as needed
⢠Supervise RBTs and support high-quality service delivery
⢠Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary providers
⢠Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development
⢠Ensure ethical, evidence-based practices and data-driven decision-making
Qualifications
⢠Current BCBA certification and Illinois state licensure
⢠1ā3 years of ABA experience (preferred)
⢠Experience supervising RBTs and leading clinical teams
⢠Commitment to ongoing professional growth and client-centered care
