Role Description
EB Pediatric Resources is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work with clients in Chicago. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants a flexible schedule and who values collaboration, flexibility, and quality clinical care. ā¢ Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
ā¢ Conduct functional behavior assessments and adjust treatment as needed
ā¢ Supervise RBTs and support high-quality service delivery
ā¢ Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary providers
ā¢ Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development
ā¢ Ensure ethical, evidence-based practices and data-driven decision-making
Qualifications
ā¢ Current BCBA certification and Illinois state licensure
ā¢ 1ā3 years of ABA experience (preferred)
ā¢ Experience supervising RBTs and leading clinical teams
ā¢ Commitment to ongoing professional growth and client-centered care
ā¢ Flexible work from home options available
