[Hiring] Billing Clerk @HARBOR RAIL SERVICES
Role Description
The Billing Clerk is responsible for performing essential job functions that include:
• Data Entry
• Maintaining Reports (updating information, running reports, etc.)
• Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
• Entering finals by adding any additional parts, weld, labor onto data reporting
• Customer service, handling inquiries, incoming requests
• Additional duties as required
Qualifications
• Proficient in MS Office
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Outlook/Microsoft Teams and internet savvy
• Computer Proficiency
• Must be a team player
• 50+ WPM is required
• Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work constantly
• Must be punctual, dependable and possess discretion
• Flexible and able to meet multiple deadlines
• Possess a strong sense of urgency and excellent follow up skills
• Have excellent communication skills, eager to learn, and be able to handle a variety of tasks
Requirements
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
