Come join the Nation! Nationwide's Pet Insurance, which markets and sells pet health insurance, is hiring. We are seeking sales professionals who want an unlimited commission structure with a base salary. All our leads are incoming, driven by our marketing efforts, referrals, and by veterinarians.

Scope of the Position:
• Receive phone calls (leads) with the intent of promoting and selling Pet Insurance, endorsements, renewals, and services to potential and existing policyholders.
• Follow up on leads and applicants to complete their pet’s policies.
• Provide a basic level of customer support.

Hours of Operation:
• Training hours are usually from 9:00 am PST – 6:00 pm PST; Monday – Friday.
• Schedules will be assigned based on business needs and commence upon completion of full-time training.
• The call center is operational Monday through Friday, 5:00 am - 7:00 pm (PST) and Saturdays 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (PST).
• The right candidate must be flexible to work any of these shifts.

Qualifications
• Property & Casualty license preferred and will be required to be licensed in all 50 states; all onboarding expenses for licensure will be covered by Nationwide.
• Sales Agents will be required to maintain licensure through completion of required Continuing Education credit as a condition of employment.
• Requires 2 years of Sales experience; preferably in a call center environment, a professional, team-player attitude, strong computer skills.

Requirements
• Must be knowledgeable and experienced in standard sales process of prospecting, appointment setting, needs analysis, objection handling, presentation skills, negotiations, closing skills, account maintenance, and follow-up.
