Hiring a Virtual Assistant for Amazon FBA Online Arbitrage – Lead Finder - Contract to Hire

Job Overview:

I am looking for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant (VA) to help find profitable Online Arbitrage (OA) leads for my Amazon FBA business. The leads must be suitable for new sellers, meaning they should be easy to ungate or already ungated. You must be able to explain your lead-finding process in full detail, step by step.

If you’re experienced in Online Arbitrage and know how to source reliable, profitable, and scalable leads, this job is for you!

Responsibilities:

? Find profitable products from retail and online stores that can be resold on Amazon for a good profit margin.

? Ensure products are not restricted or require minimal effort to get ungated.

? Provide detailed sourcing reports with supplier links, buy costs, Amazon fees, estimated profit, ROI, and sales rank.

? Explain your entire lead-sourcing process in detail – including:

What tools and methods you use.

How you analyze potential leads.

How you confirm if a product is ungated or easy to ungate.

How you check competition, pricing history, and stock availability.

How you ensure products are not private label, restricted, or counterfeit risks.

? Deliver at least X high-quality leads per day/week (to be discussed).

? Stay updated on Amazon’s policies and trends in Online Arbitrage.

Lead Criteria:

?? Source Price: Minimum 40% ROI after all fees.

?? Sales Rank: Preferably in the top 1%–3% of the category.

?? Profit Margin: At least $4+ per unit.

?? Competitor Analysis: Avoid products with heavy competition from Amazon or large sellers.

?? Ungating: Must be ungated or easy to ungate (provide details).

?? Store Websites: Leads must come from legit, reputable stores (not wholesale or private label).

?? Keepa Analysis: Must have a stable price history and strong demand.
