Let’s talk.We are seeking a highly motivated High Velocity Sales to join our dynamic team which is focused on those markets andbased in our Mexico office (Polanco). As aHigh Velocity Sales, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of B2B software sales.This role involves engaging qualified prospects, providing technical assistance, successfully navigating a proof of concept, and negotiating contracts. It is a fast-paced role that suits high-energy and smart salespeople.
This role offers an excellent learning opportunity to develop consultative sales skills and grow professionally for individuals interested in pursuing a career in sales. Key responsibilities
Work closely with the Sales team of the Latam Market to manage prospects from qualified lead to closing.
Manage customer projects during their trial period, negotiate custom offers and close deals.
Support the team in positioning and articulating the Aircall value proposition to small businesses.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process. Qualifications :

Certificated with a Bachelor or Master’'s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

Spanish(spoken and written) must be flawless when communicating with clients andfluent Englishwill be necessary for internal communication.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Experience in a customer facing role (support or success) is a plus. Additional Information
