This is a 100% remote, high-intent sales role with zero cold calling. You will host pre-scheduled Zoom consultations with families who have already completed their photoshoots and are ready to invest in their family’s legacy. The Mission (What You’ll Do) • Host Virtual Consultations: Guide families through an emotional journey on Zoom, presenting fine art collections and luxury upgrades with enthusiasm. • Generate Revenue: Consistently meet or exceed targets, contributing to a monthly team goal of $80,000+ in collected sales. • Deliver Magic: Handle objections with empathy and professionalism while maintaining a "Great Place to Work" culture. • CRM Discipline: Accurately document sales and guest notes in HubSpot to ensure data integrity. Work Schedule & Shifts To serve our families during their most available times, this role follows a consistent, high-impact schedule: • Days: Wednesday – Sunday (Your "weekend" is Monday/Tuesday). • Shift A: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST • Shift B: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST • Consistency: You must be able to work this schedule consistently, as weekends are our highest-volume and highest-earning days. Professional Workspace & Technical Requirements To deliver a seamless, high-definition "Cinematic Reveal" for our families, you must provide your own professional home office setup meeting these standards: • Mac (Acceptable): macOS 10.14+; Minimum 1.6 GHz Intel processor with 8GB RAM (Apple Silicon with 16GB+ RAM recommended). • Windows (Acceptable): Windows 10 or newer (64-bit); Processor minimum 2.0 GHz (2.5 GHz+ recommended); 8GB RAM minimum (16GB+ recommended). • Internet: Stable, high-speed connection of 50 Mbps or higher. • Note: This role is not compatible with Chromebooks, tablets, or iPads. Some features may require Adobe Photoshop CC. Who You Are • Experience: 1-2+ years of high-ticket, luxury, or target-based sales experience. • Soft Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and the ability to build rapport quickly over video. • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Zoom, Google Suite, and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred). • Character: Warm, resilient, and growth-minded with a positive attitude.
