As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be helping business owners see the value of telling their story through film β and showing them how to use that content to grow their brand on a medium most of them haven't tapped into yet.

REALISTIC EARNINGS (NO FLUFF)

β’ This job is 100% commission based.
β’ Earnings vary:
β’ Roughly 50% of new hires are let go within 30 days for underperformance. Those who survive tend to do very well.
β’ Lower performers land $5-6K/month
β’ Solid reps hit $10-20K, and top closers clear $20-30K+.
β’ Most reps only work 5-8 hours daily.
β’ After about a year, top reps generate $10-15K/month passively from their existing book of business.
THE ROLE AT A GLANCE
β’ Zero tolerance for pushy or unethical tactics β all calls are reviewed
β’ SMS follow-ups, daily reporting, and CRM updates per appointment
β’ Handle 15 scheduled 30-min Zoom consultations daily
β’ Present & close $10-100K TV media packages for small businesses
β’ Every appointment is INBOUND β prospects book directly on your calendar via application
β’ Punctuality and professionalism are non-negotiable
β’ Mandatory morning training sessions
β’ Fully remote β work from anywhere with a reliable setup, quality camera, and professional background
β’ Your camera must be ON for all sales calls
REQUIRED
β’ 3+ years sales experience
Preferred
β’ Experience in marketing, advertising, media, or branding
β’ Experience in entrepreneurship
β’ Experience selling to entrepreneurs and small/med size business owners
