High Ticket Sales Closer (Remote, Base Pay + Commission)

Grow Your Impact, also known as Rosa Enterprises, is a fast-growing coaching company helping ambitious women entrepreneurs scale to six figures online through our proven high-ticket coaching programs. We’re on a mission to empower more women to build profitable, purpose-driven businesses—and we’re looking for a skilled High Ticket Closer to join our remote sales team.
We are seeking a part-time High Ticket Sales Closer to conduct Zoom-based sales calls with qualified leads. This independent contractor role offers a monthly base pay plus commission and is ideal for someone with proven closing skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for coaching and personal transformation.
Compensation
• Base Pay: $1,500 per month
• Commission: Starting at 10% per sale (average $500–$1,200+ per close)
• Structure: Base pay plus commission — not a salaried position
• Earning Potential: Commissions may increase based on performance
Employment Type & Hours
• Part-Time to start, with opportunity to grow to Full-Time based on call volume and results
• Independent Contractor / Self-Employed
• Mandatory two-week trial period
• Live sales calls conducted during business hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
• Must be comfortable taking calls via Zoom (camera on)
Duties:
• Conducting Zoom sales calls with inbound, qualified leads
• Presenting and enrolling prospects into our high-ticket coaching programs
• Updating lead and client information in our internal CRM system
• Participating in sales training and team meetings as needed
• Committing to ongoing performance growth and coaching
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven track record closing high-ticket offers ($3k–$20k), ideally in coaching, consulting, or online business
• Professional, on-camera presence and ability to build rapport quickly
• Strong discovery, objection-handling, and closing skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven
• Familiarity with Zoom, CRM tools, Calendly, and other online platforms
• Access to a reliable internet connection and distraction-free workspace
