What This Role Really Is
You are a closer. You own your pipeline. You own your results.
Yes, you’ll have support. Our marketing and sales support team will help generate leads, manage systems, and support driving appointment flow. But at the end of the day, you are responsible for your calendar, your follow-ups, and your conversions.

What You’ll Own
High-Ticket Closing:
• Conduct high-ticket sales calls enrolling salon owners into HPSA coaching programs.
• Lead powerful, structured sales conversations that create clarity, urgency, and commitment.
• Sell with integrity, confidence, and conviction.
Pipeline Ownership
• Manage your entire pipeline from first conversation to close.
• Follow up with leads who go quiet, reschedule, hesitate, or stall.
• Proactively ensure your calendar stays full, not by waiting, but by working your pipeline.
Results & Revenue
• Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets.
• Take full responsibility for your numbers.
• Understand that your income is a direct reflection of your performance.
Client Experience
• Enrol clients who are aligned, committed, and ready to take action.
• Represent the HPSA brand with professionalism, energy, and authority.
• Help prospects understand that joining HPSA is not a purchase, it’s a decision to change their business and life.

• Have worked commission-only or heavily commission-weighted roles and thrived.
