Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled, empathetic, and process-driven Remote High-Ticket Closer to join our team. You will be speaking exclusively with inbound leads—men in marital crisis who have engaged through our low-ticket funnel and paid advertising. Your role is to guide them with empathy, build trust, and confidently lead them toward life-changing decisions.
This position is ideal for someone who can combine emotional intelligence with a disciplined sales process and thrives in high-impact, high-ticket environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Emotional IQ & Empathy
Able to hold space for men in marital crisis without judgment. Calls can be emotionally demanding, so resilience and a strong personal mindset are essential.
• Process-Driven & Coachable
Follows our proven script, maintains impeccable CRM hygiene, and participates in daily role-play and feedback sessions.
• Expert Objection Handling
Confidently navigates fear, partner objections, and “price shock” with authority. Most prospects arrive with significant uncertainty and fear; your presence and skill will help them see the path forward.
Performance Expectations
• Historical Close Rate: Top closer currently achieving 56%
• Your Goal: Achieve 25%+ close rate within your first 30 days.
Lead Flow
• 100% inbound leads—pre-qualified through a low-ticket book + upsell funnel and paid ad campaigns.
• No cold outreach. Our setters handle all DMs and SMS communications so you can focus solely on closing.
Work Schedule
• Flexible schedule with an ideal minimum of 5 calls per day.
• Calls are 60–90 minutes each, most often scheduled in the afternoon.
What Success Looks Like
• You show up prepared, consistent, and mentally strong for each call.
• You close with confidence while honoring the emotional state of the prospect.
• You follow the sales process to the letter, knowing that discipline drives results.
• You hit or exceed the 25%+ closing rate target within 30 days.
Compensation: Competitive commission structure, with earnings potential aligned to high-ticket performance.
Location: 100% remote — stable internet connection required.
