High Performance Leadership & Management Coach
As we continue to grow, we want to ensure our top level management are equipped with the right tools, mindset, and skills to lead effectively and increase their own performance, as well as the performance of their teams. We’re looking for a High Performance Leadership & Management Trainer with strong experience in direct 1:1 coaching with managers to turn them into high performers. This is a short to mid term engagement; ideal for someone who can conduct 2-3 high impact sessions per manager per month to support our managers in increasing performance and their effectiveness as a leader and manager. What You’ll Be Doing - Discovery of baseline per manager - Develop training paths for each manager - Execute and coach each manager to help them achieve their goals - Collect participant feedback to evaluate the impact of the sessions - Provide a concise post-training report summarizing outcomes, strengths, and development areas Apply tot his job
