Develop and implement strategies to enhance the company's computational capabilities through the use of high performance computing (HPC) technology.
Lead and manage a team of HPC professionals to ensure the successful execution of HPC projects and initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize HPC needs and requirements for various projects and business units.
Evaluate and recommend new HPC technologies and solutions to improve the company's overall performance and efficiency.
Design and implement HPC workflows and processes to support the company's research and development projects.
Ensure the security and integrity of HPC systems and data by implementing appropriate protocols and policies.
Monitor and analyze HPC performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
Provide training and support to team members and other employees on HPC systems and tools.
Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on HPC initiatives, progress, and potential challenges.
Stay up-to-date on advancements in HPC technology and industry trends, and make recommendations to incorporate new tools and techniques into the company's HPC strategy.
