Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for all help desk inquiries. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. Document customer interactions and issues in our help desk system. Provide proactive support and help users optimize their systems and processes. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary. Qualifications: Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Experience in a customer service or technical support role. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
