Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8pm - 4am EST
Responsibilities:
Ā Respond to and resolve IT issues via phone, email, and in-person
Ā Manage and prioritize support tickets
Ā Assist with software installations and updates
Ā Document technical solutions for knowledge base
Ā Collaborate with other IT team members on larger projects
Requirements:
Ā 2+ years of experience in IT support, preferably in the legal industry
Ā Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, iManage, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams
Ā Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ā Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
Ā Experience with legal-specific software (Litera experience is a significant advantage)
Ā Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving mindset
Qualifications:
Ā Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred but not required.
Ā May be substituted with equivalent work experience
