HEDIS/Stars Expert Needed for Live Strategy Call with Healthcare CMO (This Week)
We are a health technology company preparing for a high-stakes call with the CMO within the next few days. Our technology supports body composition monitoring, bone health assessment, and medication adherence tracking, with direct application as a GLP-1 support tool. We believe it can meaningfully improve performance across multiple HEDIS and Medicare Stars quality measures, and we need an expert in the room to help us make that case credibly.
ā¢ *What We Need**
We are looking for a senior advisor with deep, current expertise in Medicare Advantage Stars and HEDIS quality measures to participate live on the call as a subject matter expert and help us frame the ROI conversation in language that resonates with a payer CMO. Specifically:
- Join a 60-minute video call with the CMO (date to be confirmed within the week)
- Participate in one 60-90 minute prep session with our team beforehand
- Help us sharpen the ROI narrative, particularly around Stars bonus payment math, cost per Star point, and measure-level impact
- Anticipate likely CMO objections and help us prepare credible responses
- Speak directly on the call when technical or quality-measure questions arise
ā¢ *Ideal Background**
- Former senior leader at a Medicare Advantage plan, CMS, or a major payer (UHC, Humana, Aetna, Elevance, etc.)
- Direct hands-on experience with Stars strategy, HEDIS measure improvement, or quality program design
- Familiarity with measures relevant to our use case: COA, OMW, BMI assessment, obesity follow-up, medication adherence, and longitudinal cardiometabolic monitoring
- Comfortable in an executive-level conversation and able to hold their own with a CMO
