Job description: A-Line Staffing is now hiring a HEDIS Nurse RN/LPN Abstractor in the Newark, NJ 07102 area. The HEDIS Nurse/Abstractor would be working for a Major Health Plan and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40 hours per week.

HEDIS RN/LPN Nurse Abstractor Compensation:
• The pay for this position is $38 - $47 hourly dependent on experience
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

HEDIS Nurse RN/LPN Abstractor Highlights:
• The required availability for this position is as follows: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, 8:30am-5:30pm, or 9-6pm no overtime required.
• Travel to the office in Newark, NJ is required, will be a HYBRID/Remote position (remote a few days per week)
• Will be remote 1st day then in the office the rest of 1st week

HEDIS Nurse RN/LPN Abstractor Responsibilities:
• Outreaching to members via phone
• Data Entry in quality tool
• Clinical Education to Members on various quality measures on preventative care
• Computer equipment is provided, must have reliable internet connection at home

HEDIS Nurse RN/LPN Abstractor Requirements:
• Must have active LVN or RN license in NJ or NY.
• Clinical Education to Members
• RN or LPN Required
• HEDIS Knowledge
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Software Skills Required: Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams.

HEDIS Nurse RN/LPN Abstractor Preferred Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of HEDIS preferred
