HEDIS Coordinator Position Title: HEDIS Coordinator Location: California (Remote Eligible) Pay Rate: $20–22/hr (W2) Assignment Duration: December 2025 – April 2026 (with potential extension) Work Schedule: Full-time, 8:00am–4:30pm or 8:30am–5:00pm Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join our team in support of the 2026 HEDIS Medical Record Review (MRR) project. The HEDIS Coordinator will focus on coordinating medical record collection from provider offices and hospitals, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining project flow. This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in California. Responsibilities • Call provider offices and hospitals to request medical records. • Track and record progress in project tools; ensure timely data entry. • Partner with team leads and reviewers to balance caseloads. • Organize incoming medical records and maintain tracking systems. • Make follow-up calls regarding pending records; send fax requests. • Research provider and claims details using internal apps and online tools. • Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets to track project milestones. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve barriers and escalate issues. • Support additional administrative duties as needed. Required Qualifications • Prior HEDIS/medical record retrieval experience. • Strong technical skills; able to work independently in a remote environment. • Stable internet connection with ability to connect via Ethernet cord. • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (testing required). Preferred Skills • Background in healthcare, HIM, or customer service. • Certifications within healthcare a plus. • Compliant home workspace (private, quiet, distraction-free).Apply Now
