We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. Responsibilities: • Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment • Adhere and follow safety rules, regulations, guidelines, policies, and site-specific safety plans when performing cleanup activities and donning protective gear • Operate routinely used hand tools and equipment • Perform general construction labor including site preparation, material handling, demolition support, and cleanup • Load and unload equipment from vehicles, and trailers • Complete required paperwork, forms and records as required Qualifications: • 3+ years demonstrated ability to operate various types of heavy equipment including excavators and skid steers preferred • Underground tank removal and remediation experience preferred • Performs labor intensive activities in all weather conditions • Works in atmospheres with low clearance, confined spaces and at heights • Environmental and hazardous waste experience including certification per OSHA 1910.120 (i.e. OSHA 40hr HAZWOPER) (Company willing to help obtain) What We Offer: • Competitive Pay • Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans • 401 (K) with Company Match • Paid Time Off O6 Environmental is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state, or local protected class.
