What you will be doing:
Manage your own cases in a collaborative environment with recognized experts.
Handle all aspects of the litigation process, including pre-litigation investigations, discovery, law and motion practice, trial, and appeals.
Work on a variety of matters in federal and state courts.
Engage in administrative proceedings before state and federal regulatory agencies.
Participate in contractual arbitrations.
Maintain autonomy over your work with ample client contact.
Receive ongoing mentorship from the firm's partners and senior-level attorneys.

Experience you will need:
J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
2-5 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in employment law and/or health care law.
Licensed and admitted to practice in the state of California.
In good standing with the California State Bar.
Ability to articulate critical issues in a case accurately and precisely.
Experience in propounding and responding to written discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission.
Proficient in taking and defending depositions.
Strong research and writing skills with a background in law and motion practice.
Excellent communication skills.
Good judgment and ability to work professionally with clients, attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
