Healthcare Telemarketer Contract (Remote, Part-Time, Entry-Level)
Join a purpose-driven, remote-first mental health company focused on improving lives through holistic care. We’re looking for a self-motivated and professional Healthcare Telemarketer to make outbound calls to medical practices and health systems, helping grow our referral network.
What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound calls from a CRM list to identify decision-makers
- Conduct short intro conversations about our services
- Leave messages, call back as needed, and build rapport
- Log calls, follow-ups, and track outreach activity
- Maintain consistent weekly outreach rhythm
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Enjoy talking on the phone and don’t mind cold calling
- Are organized, persistent, and work well independently
- Communicate clearly and are comfortable using online tools
Details:
- Independent contractor (1099)
- ~20 hours/week, flexible schedule
- Pay: $1,500/month + performance-based quarterly bonus
