Healthcare Technical Consulting Associate – Supply Chain Subject Matter Expert
Job Description: • Partner with a team of healthcare, technical and project management consultants to ensure the seamless integration, data migration and system performance of MEDITECH system • Leverage technical expertise to optimize the systems’ functionality in workflow and technology to improve hospital operations and financial outcomes • Provide guidance and recommendations on system applications offering suggestions and participating in discussions on operational and technology improvements • Identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancement to improve efficiency and user satisfaction Requirements: • A minimum of 3 years’ MEDITECH systems experience in hospitals and health systems • Experience with MEDITECH Supply Chain - Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets subject matter expert • Willingness and ability to travel when necessary • Current permanent U.S. Work authorization required • Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS) preferred • Experience with other MEDITECH applications, such as Revenue Cycle Benefits: • medical, dental, and vision coverage to employees and dependents • a 401(k) plan with a generous employer match • an employee stock purchase plan • a generous Paid Time Off policy • paid parental leave and adoption assistance • Wellness Program supports employee total well-being by providing free annual health screenings and coaching • bank at work, and on-site workshops • ongoing programs recognizing major events in the lives of our employees throughout the year
