Job Title : Healthcare Services Manager Location : Remote (Candidates must reside in Florida, United States) Job Type : Full Time Our client is looking for an experienced healthcare leader to manage a multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering high‑quality, coordinated care across the continuum. If you’re passionate about improving outcomes, driving team performance, and ensuring members receive the right care at the right time, this role is a strong fit. What You’ll Do • Lead teams across areas such as care management, utilization management, care transitions, behavioral health, LTSS, and other specialized programs • Ensure integrated, proactive care delivery that aligns with regulatory standards and organizational clinical models • Oversee daily operations, staffing, productivity, and service levels to support a positive member experience • Hire, coach, mentor, and develop team members while maintaining high performance and quality standards • Facilitate interdisciplinary care team (ICT) meetings and support cross‑department collaboration • Conduct quality audits, review outcomes, and recommend improvements to enhance compliance and cost‑effectiveness • Build strong relationships with providers, partners, and internal teams to support seamless care delivery • Prepare and report on utilization metrics, population management outcomes, and productivity indicators • Travel may be required depending on program needs What You Bring • 7+ years of healthcare experience, including 3+ years in managed care (UM, CM, BH, LTSS, etc.) • At least 1 year of healthcare leadership or management experience • Active clinical license if required by state or program (RN, LVN/LPN, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LMSW, etc.) • Strong understanding of state, federal, and third‑party regulations • Knowledge of community resources and experience working with diverse populations • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related platforms Preferred Qualifications • Active RN license • Professional certifications (e.g., CCM, CPHM, CPHQ) • Experience working with Medicaid and/or Medicare populations • Clinical background in a healthcare setting
