Position Overview We’re looking for a driven and results-oriented Healthcare Sales Representative to help expand access to mental health services across the U.S. In this role, you’ll connect with individuals and organizations, guide them toward the right care, and play a direct role in helping people access therapy when they need it most. What You’ll Get (Benefits) Fully remote, work-from-home setup Monthly health stipend Paid U.S. holidays and time off Performance-based bonus structure Opportunity to grow within a fast-scaling healthcare company What You’ll Be Doing Connect with leads and clients via phone, email, and fax to guide them through scheduling therapy sessions Engage waitlisted clients and help match them with the right therapist based on their needs Handle inbound inquiries while proactively following up on missed or potential opportunities Build trust through thoughtful, empathetic conversations—especially with individuals in vulnerable situations Accurately document client information and interactions in real time using internal systems Collect and verify demographic, insurance, and referral information to support proper client placement Use EHR systems to schedule appointments, maintain records, and update client data Present and promote our services to referral sources such as healthcare providers, clinics, and organizations Develop relationships with partners and referral networks to drive consistent business growth Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets What We’re Looking For Core Skills & Strengths Strong communication skills in English (C1 level or above, written and spoken) Confident in sales conversations, with the ability to influence and guide decisions Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote setup Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving processes Empathetic and able to support clients who may be in emotional or mental distress Quick to learn new tools and systems (e.g., EHRs, Google Workspace, CRMs, communication platforms) Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Sales & Performance Proven track record in sales, with consistent achievement or overachievement of targets Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and outbound outreach (including cold calling) Self-motivated, resilient, and able to maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment Qualifications At least 2 years of sales experience (preferably in U.S. healthcare or mental health services) Experience working remotely or in a BPO environment is a plus Familiarity with U.S. insurance eligibility is an advantage (not required) System Requirements Desktop or laptop with at least Intel Core i5 (or equivalent), 8GB RAM Stable internet connection of 10 Mbps or higher Work Schedule Full-time (40 hours per week) Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time (with 1-hour lunch break) Why Work With Us At Insight Therapy Solutions, your work directly contributes to helping people access mental healthcare.
