Healthcare Sales Business Development Senior Manager

Key Role:

Apply business development and sales expertise with thorough knowledge of and connections to the healthcare services market to sell, design, and support the implementation of cyber, OT, and AI security solutions for leading healthcare companies in the addressable geographic region. Work with commercial business leaders to create, action, and execute a go-to-market strategy focused on onboarding some of the largest healthcare services companies. Identify, establish, and maintain client relationships while closing new sales opportunities. Work with internal teams to manage and maintain the market’s pipeline and generate client-ready marketing and proposal activities. Contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas, work on complex problems across matrixed teams, and provide creative solutions to solve our clients’ core needs. Support marketing, intellectual capital development, operations, events, and logistics. Work with the team on complex tasks in the account, products and services, and the sales process. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in technology with an emphasis on cybersecurity, OT security, Analytics, and Cloud
• Experience with direct sales in the healthcare services markets
• Experience consulting on business development activities
• Experience presenting and communicating to teams, executives, and clients, including briefings, sales calls, and team-based discussions
• Ability to own and drive the sales process from lead generation through deal closure
• Ability to thrive in a team-based and fast-paced environment and coordinate with key stakeholders across technical capabilities and market and industry teams
• Ability to lead fast-paced delivery in challenging commercial environments, work with senior leaders to foster positive client relationships, identify new business opportunities with existing clients, and develop new intellectual capital
• Ability to synthesize technical content and distill into key messages that will resonate with senior business leaders
• Ability to travel, as needed
• Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications:
• Experience working in Healthcare, Biotech, Pharmaceuticals, and medical devices sectors
• Experience briefing senior executives on functional areas of expertise
• Experience with information security regulations or regulatory bodies
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of various risk management and security frameworks
• Possession of excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, planning, organizational, and client facilitation skills
• Possession of excellent interpersonal skills, including comprehension, conflict resolution, teamwork, and relationship building skills
• Possession of excellent client-ready verbal and written communication skills
• Master’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $142,900.00 to $266,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
