Key Responsibilities

Source and Attract Talent: Utilize a variety of methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract skilled healthcare professionals...

Build Candidate Pipeline: Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates to meet current and future staffing needs.

Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for healthcare roles.

Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with healthcare facilities, understanding their staffing needs and providing customized recruitment solutions.

Facilitate Hiring Process: Act as a liaison between clients and candidates, ensuring clear communication and facilitating negotiations throughout the hiring process.

Matchmaking: Pair qualified candidates with suitable job opportunities, ensuring alignment with both the candidate's career goals and the employer's requirements.

Support and Satisfaction: Provide ongoing support to placed candidates and clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with placements.

Industry Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in healthcare staffing.

Strategy and Improvement: Offer insights and recommendations to enhance recruitment strategies and address staffing challenges effectively.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain compliance.

Interview Preparation: Prepare candidates for interviews using specialized guides tailored to their roles.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of recruitment experience required, preferably in healthcare staffing or a related industry.
