About The Role

We're excited to welcome a talented Healthcare Recruiter to our team for a 12-14 month 1099 contract. This fully remote role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced recruiter to make a significant impact by sourcing and placing top talent in healthcare, including PICC Nurses, Radiology Technicians, Phlebotomists, and Ultrasound Technicians.

What You'll Do

Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Leverage a variety of sourcing channels, including healthcare-specific job boards, social media, and professional networks, to connect with qualified candidates for specialized healthcare roles.

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Take charge of the entire recruitment process, from crafting compelling job postings and conducting interviews to collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring experience.

ATS Management: Skillfully manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to keep track of candidates, streamline the recruitment pipeline, and ensure that all hiring processes are followed to the letter.

KPI Achievement: Strive to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to time-to-fill, candidate quality, and client satisfaction—helping us deliver the best possible service.

Travel Requirements: Occasionally travel (approximately 10% of the time) to attend recruitment events and college fairs, where you'll build relationships with educational institutions and future healthcare professionals.

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive and effective recruitment process for everyone involved.

Time Management & Organization: As a remote professional, you'll maintain a well-organized schedule, manage your time effectively, and consistently meet recruitment deadlines and goals.

What We're Looking For

Experience: You bring at least 2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, with a focus on filling roles such as PICC Nurses, Radiology Technicians, Phlebotomists, and Ultrasound Technicians.

ATS Proficiency: You're highly skilled in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and know how to maximize these tools to streamline the recruitment process.

Sourcing Expertise: You have a proven track record of developing and executing effective sourcing strategies that attract top healthcare talent.

Communication Skills: Your excellent written and verbal communication skills make you a persuasive and effective recruiter, able to engage candidates and collaborate with clients.

Travel Flexibility: You're willing and able to travel up to 10% of the time to represent our team at recruitment events and college fairs.

Remote Work Discipline: You thrive in a remote work environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your time independently.
