GSL Healthcare is seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to help grow our national nursing, allied health, and therapy staffing division.
We’re looking for a recruiter who thrives on building relationships, enjoys connecting clinicians with meaningful opportunities, and wants to be part of a company that’s investing in long-term growth, not simply chasing short-term metrics.

What You’ll Do
• Recruit nurses, allied health professionals, and therapists for travel, contract, per diem, and direct hire opportunities
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through assignment start
• Build and maintain strong clinician relationships
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking
• Present opportunities, negotiate offers, and guide candidates through onboarding
• Maintain an active recruiting pipeline and ATS documentation
• Generate referrals and help expand GSL’s clinician community
• Collaborate with leadership to support client growth and workforce strategy
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of healthcare staffing recruitment experience preferred
• Experience recruiting nursing, allied health, therapy, LTAC, rehab, or long-term care professionals
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement abilities
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow alongside the organization
Compensation & Benefits
• Base Salary: $50,000+ (commensurate with experience)
• Aggressive commission structure with six-figure On Target Earnings
