Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter for Dental and Nursing Roles (Remote) Job Description: We are seeking an experienced healthcare recruiter to join our team on a freelance basis. This role will primarily focus on recruiting for dental positions, including Dental Assistants, Dental Hygienists, and Expanded Function Dental Assistants across multiple states. Additionally, you will also assist in recruiting Registered Nurses (RNs) for another client. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for dental and nursing roles. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. Work closely with our team to understand client needs and ensure a smooth hiring process. Qualifications: Proven experience in healthcare recruiting, particularly in dental and nursing fields. Familiarity with multi-state licensing and credentialing requirements.
