Position: AI Healthcare and Administration Data Specialist Type: Full-time Compensation: $45–$100/hour Location: Remote or in-person (Palo Alto, CA) Commitment: 40 hours/week Role Responsibilities Annotate and evaluate AI-generated outputs in healthcare and administration using proprietary software. Deliver curated, high-quality data for projects involving patient care coordination, billing, and operational workflows. Collaborate with technical teams to design and improve annotation tools and task structures. Support the development and training of new AI systems through expert feedback and analysis. Analyze complex administrative and healthcare problems to improve AI model accuracy. Interpret and execute evolving task instructions with precision, consistency, and adaptability. Qualifications Must-Have Professional experience in healthcare administration or related fields. Strong proficiency in written and verbal English. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to make independent decisions with limited data. Deep interest in innovation and technological progress within healthcare operations. Preferred Relevant certification such as Certified Medical Manager (CMM) or Certified Professional in Healthcare Management (CPHM). Experience mentoring or training others in healthcare administration. Familiarity with AI model training or data annotation workflows. Comfort participating in text, audio, or video-based data collection. Compensation & Legal Hourly contractor Benefits vary by country; eligibility for medical coverage depends on location.
