Healthcare Litigation Attorney - 100% Remote
Our client, a highly regarded mid-sized law firm, is seeking an experienced Healthcare Litigation Attorney to join their growing team. This is a fully remote Litigation Attorney position offering the opportunity to work with a collaborative, nationally recognized practice group.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of litigation experience in complex matters. The role involves managing cases from inception through resolution, drafting pleadings and motions, taking and defending depositions, and handling hearings and mediations.
Responsibilities
• Independently manage a healthcare litigation caseload
• Draft and respond to motions, discovery, and other pleadings
• Represent clients at depositions, hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and co-counsel to develop litigation strategies
• Maintain high-quality legal work product while working in a fully remote environment
Qualifications
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in California
• 2+ years of healthcare litigation experience (medical malpractice defense, payer/provider disputes, or regulatory litigation preferred)
• Strong writing, research, and case management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
