What You Will Do:
As an Automation and Analytics Senior Consultant, you will be a member of our Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management practice and part of a team
responsible for solving the most complex and strategic issues faced by hospitals, health systems, and medical groups. Typically, Automation and Analytics Senior Consultants manage multiple workstreams across a broad range of healthcare projects, including strategic planning, healthcare reform readiness, physician/hospital integration, financial /risk modeling, and merger and acquisition
design.
What You Will Need:
⢠Bachelorâs degree
⢠3+ years of prior relevant consulting or consulting-like experience
⢠Experience developing analytical models and structuring methodologies
⢠Experience performing diagnostic, analytical, and quantitative tasks
⢠Demonstrated management of smaller work streams or deliverables
⢠Ability to demonstrate an advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; specifically Excel
⢠Ability to travel 75% or more
What Would Be Nice To Have:
⢠Bachelorâs degree in business administration or health-related field
⢠Master's degree from accredited university in business or health-related field preferred
⢠Strong written and oral communication skills
⢠Significant knowledge of the healthcare industry
⢠Track record of strong client service
⢠Proven track record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projects
Additional qualifications include efficiency, flexibility, innovative problem-solving skills, a high level of motivation, and excellent
organizational skills. Must be able to work well independently and within team structures.
⢠Financial modeling/planning skills a Plus
The annual salary range for this position is $89,000.00-$148,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.What We Offer:
