Healthcare Data Entry (Remote After Training)
Will be training onsite in Federal Way, WA and then will move fully remote!
A Healthcare company is hiring multiple Revenue Cycle Specialists to join the team for a great long term opportunity...
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Perform duties for revenue operations department related to either medical insurance collections or credits, or setting patient insurance coverage.
ā¢ Communicate with insurance payers to ensure proper insurance coverage for our patients or to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement for dialysis services rendered at our clinics.
ā¢ Respond timely and accurately to payer communications.
ā¢ Collaborate with other revenue operations teams to ensure seamless processes across teams.
ā¢ Partner with clinics teammates such as Insurance counselors, social workers and facility administrators to ensure timely and accurate insurance information.
ā¢ Help identify process changes and opportunities for continuous improvements.
Qualifications:
ā¢ High School diploma or equivalent required
ā¢ Minimum of six (6) months corporate office experience required
ā¢ Previous Revenue Cycle experience is the preferred but not required
ā¢ Data Entry experience filling out online forms
ā¢ Savvy in navigating through the internet and provider portals
ā¢ Proper claim accounting knowledge is a big plus
ā¢ Medical billing or accounting experience is a big plus
