Healthcare Customer Service Representative/Call Center

NTT DATA Services currently seeking remote Healthcare Customer Service Associate/Call Centerto join our team for a 4+ month project. The estimated start date for this project is 8/26/2024.Role Responsibilities- Answer incoming phone calls from healthcare providers regarding benefits and eligibility, billing and payments, authorizations for treatment, explanation of benefits, etc. - Create written correspondence if issues were not resolved during the call - Conduct provider outreach phone calls to collect missing information from medical providers. - Route inquiries needing further investigation to the appropriate department and conduct routine case checks as needed. - Complete all relevant documentation necessary to track provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends.Required Skills/Experience 2+ year(s) of remote phone customer service experience in the healthcare industry2+ years prior work from home experiencePreferences- 2+ year(s) of healthcare industry experience in a Provider (hospital/doctor's office) Hours: 8-9 hour shifts, some weekend days may be required. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $20- $20 hourly. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
