What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service by answering incoming phone calls and resolving concerns
• Assist customers with portal navigation, registration, password resets, and other technical issues
• Document calls in detail and provide accurate information utilizing available resources
• Interact with team members, management, and customers professionally while meeting production targets
• Adhere to client's SLAs and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Two or more years of inbound telephone customer service experience
• Proficient in personal computers and applications such as Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, CRM, and OneNote
• Excellent time management, verbal, and written communication skills
• Experience in the healthcare industry with Medicaid knowledge strongly desired

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience in the healthcare industry in provider, member, insurance, or claims
• Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
