About the Role As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our customer experience team, providing top-notch support to healthcare clients and their members. Your role will be multifaceted, involving a mix of inbound and outbound calls, research, and issue resolution. You'll be responsible for: Bringing your passion and product knowledge to recommend upgrades to health plans and provide personalized support to customers Conducting research and making outbound calls to answer general healthcare benefit and eligibility questions, enrollment status requests, and other customer inquiries Assisting members with navigating their online health accounts, locating doctor and facility information, and resolving technical issues Providing exceptional customer experiences, responding to customer concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner What You Bring to the Role To succeed in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or related industry A high school diploma or equivalent Strong computer skills and familiarity with technology, including high-speed internet (> 15 mbps) and a USB wired headset (or compatible alternative) A smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android for daily log-in and other work-related tasks Integrity and a commitment to maintaining patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA guidelines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support What You Can Expect At blithequark, we're committed to supporting your career growth and well-being.
