Β Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate

Β Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments

Β Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes

Β Provide feedback on call issues

Requirements
Β Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment

Β 6 months Customer service experience preferred
,
Β Over 18 years of age
,
Β Ability to type 25 wpm
,
Β High School Graduate or GED
,
Β Comfort with desktop computer system
,
Β Proven oral & written communication skills
,
Β Logical problem-solving skills

Β Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
