- Calmly resolve and de-escalate customer concerns as needed
- Escalate interactions appropriately when necessary
- Respond to assistance requests and process payments when applicable
- Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience preferred
- Must be over 18 years of age
- High School Graduate or GED
- Proven oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
- Comfort with desktop computer systems and navigating Windows operating systems
- Strong logical problem-solving and organizational skills
